Let's see an example of the activity in a course we want to copy

We can see the comments the instructor entered

We can see the Quizzes the instructor created



Now we want to copy these activities from one course to its duplicate

We can see that the copied course is empty with no comments from the instructor

To import the activities from the original "Annoto Course 1" to "Annoto Course 1 Copy"

Click on Annoto dashboard in the Navbar or wherever you have it configured

Click on the three dots under the Hub tab

Click on "Import data from another course"

Select the course from which you want to import activities

Choose what you want to import: Preferences, My Comments (Only instructor comments), Interactions (Quizzes)

That's it! You've now imported all activities from the original course "Annoto Course 1" to "Annoto Course 1 Copy"

Let's return to the content and review the copied activities


You can now see the instructor's comments imported from the original course

As well as the instructor's Quizzes imported from the original course

In addition, we also copied the Annoto preferences, meaning each video’s interactive feature settings

We can see that the course preferences are now identical to the original ones, meaning each video will have the same interactive preference as before
