If the "Parcel Number" and "Land Address" do not match after checking your records, contact our office.

After clicking "Create", Step 4 will automatically load with the "Commercial ILP Application"
Fill this form out completely

Click on "Select Permit Use"
Select "Commercial New Construction (C)"

Ensure all Required Attachments are ready for upload
Once all documents are obtained, continue

Click the checkbox acknowledgment

Fill out all fields in the "Property Owner Information",  "Builder of Record Information",  "Architect/Designer Information" sections

  *please note, Builder of Record is who the permit will be issued to


Fill out all fields in the "Project Information" section

Fill out all fields in the "Square Footage Details" section

Fill out all fields in the "Utilities" section

Fill out all fields in the "Fire & Safety" section

Fill out all fields in the "Flood Zone" section

Sign and Date the Application

Click "Save"

Click on "Step 5: Click the link below to attach documents"

Click "Click here to attach files to the case record" to upload all the required documents

Successfully uploaded documents will show in this section

To ensure the application was submitted, click on "My Dashboard"

The application will appear in this section, and the Status will display as “Portal Submitted.”
