This is the tutorial to sign up for Team unify either via Team Unify or your desktop/laptop. If you are using OnDeck please follow the other tutorial.
Navigate to https://vacswim.com (or if you've gotten OnDeck setup you can utlize that)
Click Login

This is probably the most confusing part... as our system is actually called "TeamUnify" which is owned by Sportsengine. SportsEngine renamed our app SportsEngine Motion but you'll hear most of us call it Team Unify since that's the desktop version. If you aren't already signed in you will be instructed to sign in here. After this you will be redirected to the browser version, but you can switch to the mobile app version through the dialogue at the top of the screen.

Using the side menu navidate to Events & Competition > Team Events Which will open the list of all upcoming meets that are available to register for.
*We will always notify you when registration has opened for a meet. This can be anywhere from a few weeks before up to the week of if it's a meet we are hosting.

Find the meet in the list and click the title to open the info. You'll want to check the heat sheet to see which sessions your swimmers gender/age group are swimming so you can then declare your swimmer for which sessions you are available for.
You can declare your swimmer by click the 'edit commitment' or 'attend/decline' button on the full event info or in the list of events.

Click on your swimmer's name in the blue highlighted area to declare them.

Click on "--SELECT--" and select whether you will be attending your not. Then if this is a normal meet in the notes add which day(s) you would prefer if you have a preference. Then simply press save changes
