Click on "Admin" in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on "Payment" on the left navigation menu.

Make sure that "Team Balance" is selected as your payment method.

Click on "Request Invoice" under "Payment type."

Invoices can be paid two ways. Either by ACH bank transfer or by credit card. Invoices paid by credit card will process immediately. Paying by ACH may take up to 2-5 days to process.

Enter the amount you'd like to be invoiced for.

Enter your Company Name, then optionally add a PO number and memo.

Your invoice will be emailed directly to you or you can click the hyperlink that says "open the invoice" to pay the invoice immediately or download it as a PDF.

Clicking "open the invoice" will bring you to this page where you can process your payment or download the invoice as a PDF.
