Navigate to https://app-staging.thnks.com/#/send-thnks?country=US&gridType=grid

Click on "Admin" in the top right corner of your screen.

In the navigation menu on the left, select "Payment."

Make sure "Team Balance" is selected as your default payment method.

Click on "Save Changes" once "Team Balance" is selected as your default payment method.

To the right of where you see your total Team Balance, click on "Move Balance."

Click the drop down menu and you will see the options to either move your balance to another team(s) or user(s).

After choosing "Team Balance" as the movement type, simply select a team and input the $ amount you would like to move. Then click "Next."

You have the ability to leave a note for yourself regarding the reason of the transfer. Then, click "Save."

Select "User Balances" if you wish to move funds to a user(s).

You can find your user(s) by entering their email address or by selecting the team they are on.

Enter the $ amount you would like to move and click "Next."
