You are creating a job and Saving the setup of the job, click on Save

Click on "Add candidates" to be presented with 3 options: Add, Upload, and now "Select from Existing"

This new area, allows you to select candidates, searching by name, filtering on tags and filtering on Assessment completion status. The table itself shows all candidates available for selection, showing their tags and the date of their last completed assessment.

Click on the filter button to filter on tags and/or Assessment completion status

The filter has 2 options: Candidate Tags, were you can add Tags you wish the candidate to have, and Assessment, which will show you if a candidate has a previously completed assessment or now. The filter has match all, or match any capability to identify the candidates you wish to add to the job.

In this example we only want candidates with a tag of "finance", you can then choose to sort on latest assessment if you wish and when adding candidates with a previous assessment you will be notified and asked if wish to re-use or send the assessment again. You could have course ticked to select all or ticked any others you wish to add at this stage.

As you chose candidates with existing assessments you are asked if wish to use thier last assessment or send a new one. If you had chosen a mix of candidates where some had and some didn't have an existing assessment you would be presented with a slightly different screen identifying that some had existing assessments and some didnt and what did you want to do in this instance.

Click on "Save" you have now added these candidates to the job, if they had an existing assessment this would be re-used if that was your choice, those without an existing assessment will be invited to complete one.
