Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Exclusive Golden Ticket Giveaways with Berify

How to Create a Golden Ticket Giveaway Within the Berify Dashboard

Navigate to https://dashboard.berify.io/inventory/search?search=dashboard

There are two ways to navigate to the Golden Ticket feature, and there are also two options for this campaign. You can apply a Golden Ticket to a single batch or product, or you can also set up a Golden Ticket across Multiple Batches. The first way to navigate to this option is to Click "Customize" on a single batch. 

Click "Golden Ticket" on the left menu and then click "Take me There." 

The other option to navigate to this screen would be from your brand's Berify left toolbar, Click on "Rewards," then "Golden Ticket." 


You have the option to create a Golden Ticket giveaway which applies to only one batch or product, as well as apply this Golden Ticket to multiple batches or products. This means that when the system randomly selects the winning tags for each prize, it will choose across all of the tags in the batches you've selected. For this example, we will show how to apply a Golden Ticket to multiple batches. 

Review the Rules and Guidelines, then Click on "Proceed"

Click on "Link batch" to choose which batches will be eligible for the Golden Tickets. 

Click here to search and select the batches to be included. 

Enter the title for your Golden Ticket Campaign. 

Enter the email address for your team member to receive notifications regarding winners as they claim their prizes. 

Click here to select whether you want one uniform prize offered to all winners of a Golden Ticket, or "Tiered Prizes" if you wish to offer different levels of prizes in this campaign. For this example, we will show how to create tiered prizes within one Golden Ticket Campaign. 

For the first tier of prizes, enter the name for the Tier of this prize, upload an image, Prize name, description and estimated value of this prize. 

Click here to enter the total number of users that can win this prize. 

Repeat this proces for the next tier of prizes you wish to offer. 

Now you can see both tiers of prizes, and the details for each. Next, Click on "Advanced settings"

Here, you can select options for whether users must claim ownership of their product (adding it to their portfolio) before they will be able to receive the notification that their tag is a Golden Ticket winner. You can also toggle on an option for the winners to receive an email notification that they've won, in addition to the push notification being sent directly to their device through the Berify app. 

You can also add custom questionnaire options, which will require the winners to fill out their answers to each question before being able to claim their prize.

Click here to acknowledge and agree that Berify will automatically create a webpage for your Golden Ticket campaign (required in order to be in compliance with all federal and state guidelines for sweepstakes giveaways). 

Click this icon to copy and paste the disclaimer text that must accompany any public posts or marketing associated with your brand's giveaway. 

When a user who has won the Golden Ticket decides to claim their prize, you will receive an email to the address you entered in the form and you will be able to communicate directly with your customer to fulfill this Giveaway.
